great service fantastic staffing great gym high deposit delayed refund missing evidence
i found the breakfast selection to be fantastic. the staff and service were also great. the pool was great. the gym was fantastic.
they put a block of over 36k baht on the bill. i was shocked the deposit would be returned only up to 2 weeks after departure though after 1 month i can't see the proper evidence of this.

excellent sukumvit stay
convenient location clean room high-quality breakfast
The hotel location is great (i enjoyed walking to nearby malls). the room was clean and well-kept. i liked that the breakfast had a huge selection and high-quality options. the rooftop bar provided nice views and a pleasant atmosphere. I spent a relaxing evening there.
The check-in process was slow. There was a noticeable queue, a little frustrating after a long journey.

The staff were attentive and helpful. Housekeeping responded quickly to requests, delivering extra amenities within five minutes. the concierge assisted with directions. They also helped with local recommendations .

My king-size room had enough space and good comfort, with a spacious layout, and the prompt housekeeping enhanced my stay. the bed was comfortable. I also used a telephone to call for extra amenities that arrived fast.
